Build More Pull Up Strength with This Assist Band
You grab the bar and your arms shake halfway up again. Every session ends the same way, stuck at three reps while everyone else moves forward. This band helps you add more reps during solo workouts, muscle up exercises, and strength building sessions.
This assist band hooks onto your bar through reinforced steel attachments at the top. You step both feet into the double foot holder system and adjust the straps to match your height. The band supports part of your body weight while you pull yourself up, letting you complete more reps with correct form.
The double foot system spreads your weight across both feet evenly and keeps your position stable during each rep. Latex bands sit inside a fabric sleeve that protects against tears and fraying. It works with standard pull up bars, wall mounted systems, and door frame attachments.
The steel hooks hold firm under repeated use and resist bending during training. Adjustable straps let you set the right tension level for your current strength. The band comes in black or orange and fits different bar types without extra adapters.
- DOUBLE FOOT HOLDER SYSTEM: Spreads body weight evenly across both feet maintaining stable positioning throughout each repetition without constant readjustment.
- REINFORCED STEEL HOOKS: Connect securely to pull up bars and resist bending under continuous load during intense training sessions.
- FABRIC PROTECTIVE SLEEVE: Covers latex bands preventing tears and extending lifespan even during daily use and heavy resistance training.
- ADJUSTABLE STRAP LENGTH: Lets you modify tension levels matching your current strength and gradually reduce assistance as you progress.
- UNIVERSAL BAR COMPATIBILITY: Attaches to standard pull up bars, wall mounted systems, and door frame setups without requiring additional adapters.
- STABLE FOOT POSITIONING: Keeps both feet secured in loops during full range motion preventing slipping and letting you focus on muscle engagement.
