Didn't have to follow up

Got the confirmation right away, then another email when it shipped. Tracking worked and the package arrived when they said it would. Pretty straightforward

Better price than other places

Shopped around a little before ordering and this was quite a bit cheaper. Delivery went as expected too, so I'm happy with it.

Actually answered my question

I emailed before ordering because I couldn't figure out which option I needed. Got a real explanation of the differences, not just a link to the page I'd already read. Sounds like a small thing, but it helped me decide. Ordered that evening and I'm happy with what showed up.

Good experience again

My first order was just something small a few months ago. That went well, so I checked here when I needed something else. A completely different kind of purchase this time, but ordering was just as easy. Saved me another evening of shopping around!

Picked the wrong option

Totally my mistake, I chose the wrong option and didn't notice until I got the confirmation. Sent an email and they were able to change it before it shipped. Glad I didn't have to deal with sending it back afterward!

Wasn't sure at first

Hadn't heard of Embermont before and wasn't sure about ordering from somewhere new. Just bought one thing to start. It took a little while to ship, but they kept me updated and everything arrived as described. Happy with the purchase and I'd feel comfortable ordering again.

Helpful when there was a problem

There was a mix-up with my order, so I reached out. Sent a photo and they explained what would happen next. Didn't have to tell the same story to a bunch of different people, which I appreciated. All taken care of now

Found it online instead

They didn't have the one I wanted when I stopped by the store, but suggested checking online. Was able to order it on the website later that day. Would've preferred to take it home right then, but this worked out fine.

Return was straightforward

The order arrived fine, but I decided not to keep it. Emailed about a return and got clear instructions. I was mostly worried about having to follow up on the refund, but got a confirmation once the return was processed and the money came back afterward. Didn't have to chase it down.

They checked instead of guessing

Had a question about a detail in the description. The person replying actually checked on it instead of guessing. Took another email to get the answer, but at least it was clear.

Exchange taken care of

Needed to exchange my order for a different option and figured it would be a hassle. It didn't happen overnight, but the team explained what to do and kept me updated. The replacement is here now and it's the right one this time. Thanks for helping me sort it out.

Thanks, Michael!

Michael, the owner, was patient with all my questions when I stopped by the store. I hadn't quite decided what I wanted and didn't feel pushed to buy anything. Went home, thought it over and ordered online later.

Helpful even after the purchase

Had a question after my order arrived and wasn't sure how much help I'd get once the sale was done. They got back to me with a clear answer and that took care of it. Happy with the purchase, but the help afterward stood out.
