Magnetic Flap Operation
This pet screen door utilizes a flap mechanism that allows pets to push through with their nose or body to exit or enter. It features built-in magnets that automatically snap the flap shut after the animal passes through. This magnetic closure is intended to help keep insects and weather elements out while providing access for the pet.
ABS Frame and Security Lock
The frame is constructed from ABS plastic, a material designed to withstand hot and cold temperatures. For security, the door includes a sliding lock feature that can be engaged to keep the flap shut and restrict pet movement. It is compatible with various screen types, including sliding doors and patio screens.
Installation and Mesh Durability
Installation involves a screw mounting system. The design uses a split frame construction, which is intended to simplify the process of cutting the existing screen during setup. The screen mesh within the flap is reinforced to resist tearing from daily use.
