Clamshell Blade Technology
This automatic peeler utilizes a specialized 5 blade "clamshell" mechanism. The design is engineered to hold produce securely while the blades spin to remove the skin gently. The system is calibrated to peel items in approximately 10 to 25 seconds, depending on the batch, minimizing waste of the internal flesh.
Versatile Produce Compatibility
Powered by a 50W motor, the device drives thin stainless steel blades capable of handling various types of produce. It is suitable for peeling delicate items such as grapes, cherry tomatoes, and berries, as well as removing skins from garlic cloves. A flow guide plate system helps direct the peeled produce into a collection area while separating the skins.

The unit is constructed from rustproof 304 stainless steel and food grade PC plastic. It operates on a built in 1300mAh rechargeable battery (3.7V), providing cordless functionality for kitchen use. The operation is controlled via a simple one click button interface.
